Ben Shahn (1898-1969) work included drawings and paintings on the Dreyfus case and the Sacco and Vanzetti case, in which two Italian anarchists were accused of murders.
As a mural painter he worked at the Rockefeller Center, New York (with the Mexican artist Diego Rivera), and the Federal Security Building, Washington, 1940-1942.
