She attended Bethel High School in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania and Carnegie Mellon University and graduated at the age of 23 years old.
Barbara went to 'The $64,000 Question' contest and won there the grand prize in the category of William Shakespeare. She is better known fore her role as Agent 99 in "Get Smart", a TV series. As an actress she played in movies like 'The Man from U.N.C.L.E', 'Twelve O'Clock High', 'Flipper', 'Fitzwilly', 'Mad About You' and many others. She had been a voice performer and appeared on many television shows.
