Ashley Roberts was born on 14th September 1981 in Phoenix, Arizona, U.S. She is an American actress, singer and dancer.
She is the daughter of a Pilates instructor and a drummer who played for Mamas and the Papas and he later became a car dealer. She studied at the Shadow Mountain High School. When she was 3 years old she started dancing and when she was 8 years old she started singing. When she was in high school during her summer vacations she traveled to the West Coast to learn modern dance. She completing her hig
h school she shifted to Los Angeles. She has performed in television commercials and Counting Crows music video for "Accidentally in Love", Josh Groban music video for "You Raise Me Up", Jane's Addiction music video for "True Nature", Aaron Carter music video for "Oh Aaron" and "Not Too Young, Not Too Old" and Pink music video for "Trouble". She has taken part in the game show "Rock and a Hard Place", hosted by Meatloaf, with PCD members, Melody Thornton and Carmit Bachar.
After shifting to Los Angeles she joined the Pussycats Dolls within six months. For 3 years she performed with the burlesque group and then joined the Pussycat Dolls with members Nicole Scherzinger, Melody Thornton, Jessica Sutta and Kimberly Wyatt.
Her debut movie was in the dance/drama/romance movie "Make It Happen" with Black Christmas actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Riley Smith. In this movie she played the role of Brooke and this movie was directed by Darren Grant and the movie was distributed by The Winestine Company. On 8th August 2008 the movie was premiered in U.K.
