unny. His first meeting with the theatre happened after he tried a career in the army but was a mistake and he finds a job at the Chichester Festival Theatre from the United Kingston like stagehand. His real debut on the stage of the theatre was at the Apollo Theatre where he played in Alan Bennett's Forty Years On with John Gielgud.
Anthony Andrews appears for the first time at television on 1964 in "The Besast with two Backs" by Dennis Potter which was part of "The Wednesday Play".
