He acted in the movie "Holi" in which he played the role of Madan Sharma in 1984. Amir Khan got his fame from the famous movie "Qayamat se Qayamat Tak" in which he played the role of Raj in 1988.
He played the role of Rohit Kumar in the movie "Akele Hum Akeke Tum" which was released in 1995. His movie "Lagaan" was nominated for Oscar Award. His last appearance is in the movie "Ghajini" in which he played the role of Sanjay Singhania in 2008.
