Alvin Rakoff was born on February 6, 1927 in Toronto, Canada. He is a director, producer and wirter.
He has directed many TV serials such as : "Sam Saturday", "Killers", "Play of the Month" and "Armchair Theater".
Rakoff has also produced the film "King Solomon's Treasure" in 1977.He has been nominated, for BAFTA awards, thrice in different categories.
