Alsou (birth name Alsou Ralifovna Safina) was born on June 27, 1983 in Bugulma, Tartarstan Province, USSR. She is a great singer.
Biography and Career :
She spent her childhood with her grandparents in Siberia. Her parents' names are Ralif Rafilovich Safin and Razia Iskhakovna. When she was eight her family moved to Moscow because her father was named vice president of Russia's biggest oil company. After two years the family moved to New York. As a child she loved playing the piano and even attended some lessons.
She went to the United Kingdom in order to attend a private architecture college. By the age of fifteen she was impressing manager Valeriy Belotserkovskiy with her voice after performing I Will Always Love You. She released her first solo album and in 2000 particip
ated at Eurovision with the song Solo. She won the second place at the contest. Enrique Iglesias and she made a duet and it was a huge success. She started touring and having concerts and fans just love her.
Until now she released six albums, three of them in Russian. She continues creating special moment with her incredible voice. She has blue eyes and a beautiful face and everyone adores her. She is popular in the United States, Canada, Australia and Europe. In 2006 she married Yan Abramov, a very rich men, and the couple has a daughter, Safina, who was born in September 2006.
