Biography and Career:
Cherri was born and brought up in Buenos Aires. She is a huge fan of Flavia Palmiero, a famous children's show host during her childhood. She took dancing classes, and she felt that someday she would become a great dancer.
In 1990, she auditioned for children dancers at Palmiero's Telefe television show, La Ola Esta de Fiesta (The Wave has a Party). She was taken for auditions by her mother and she was chosen for the show, and it was her first show business experience.
She became famous after she played the role of Camila in 1991's Grande Pa!! (Great Dad!). During same time, she participated in a variant of La Ola Esta de Fiesta, Flavia Est
a de Fiesta (Flavia has a Party).
In 1993, she played the role of Paola in Regalo del Cielo. In 1995 when she was 12 years old her big break came, introducing her to be known worldwide, in her role as "Mili" in the popular children's soap opera "Chiquititas". She played the role till 1997 and once again in 2001.
She started becoming even more famous after her first stint at Chiquititas, and, in 1998, she participated in Verano del '98 a teen -oriented soap opera that was equally prominent in Argentina. She played the role of Violeta, which was replayed by the Argentine television network in 2005.
In 1999, she was given her a chance to star in a show, she played the role Lucia Escobar, the leading female character in Cabecita.
In 2004, she played the role of Shamira in another major Canal 13 hit, Los Pensionados and as Angela Capello in Hombres de Honor.
