Agnes Carlsson was born on March 6, 1988 in Vänersborg, Sweden. She is a famous singer.
At the age of seventeen she auditioned for the singing competition known as Idol in Göteborg, singing the song "Varje Gång Jag Ser Dig" by Lisa Nilsson. In between the competition she could not make it to the finalists but entered again the competition through the wildcard entry, entering into grand finale without ever falling into the bottom 2 or 3 contestants, but ended into second place in the finals.

After winning in the second place in the Idol, she signed a contract with Sony BMG and her debut single, "Right Here Right Now" was released. On December 19, 2005 she released her song album "Agnes" was released to positive critical reviews that praised the power of Carlsson's voice.
Her second stu dio album was, "Stronger" released on October 11, 2006 and made a sale of 52,000 copies in Sweden. Her third album was "Dance Love Pop" released on October 29, 2008 sold 40,000 Copies in Sweden.
