Adolfo Quinones was born on May 11, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is an American actor, dancer, choreographer and director.

Adolfo Quinones was born and brought up in Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is the son of a Puerto Rican father and an Ethiopian mother. He is one of the founders of the dance style "locking". He is a member of "The Original Lockers" with Don Campbell and Fred Berry. He has also acted and directed the movie Rave - dancing to a different Beat. He has also given guest appearance in TV shows like The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, Married... with Children, Miami Vice, What's Happening!!, Saturday Night Live and Lawrence Leung's Choose Your Own Adventure.

Apart from acting and dancing in movies he has also choreographed for singers like Lionel Richie, Madonna, and Luther Vandross. In 1987 he was the primary dancer and the main choreographer for Madonna's "Who's That Girl?" tour. During the 78th Academy Awards he choreographed Three Six Mafia's performance.
