Adeline Blondieau was born in Paris. She is the daughter of singer and songwriter Chris Long alias Christian Blondieau. She started her career as a fashion designer for catalog mail The 3 Suisses. She was also the host in radio channels Nostalgia, Europe 1 and on television she was the host for TF1 and M6. The first song she sang was "The longing for Love" in 1991. She also acted in the television series "The New Girls Next Dorr" in 1995 with Karen Cheryl. She also entered the Celebrity Farm 3 in Africa aired on TF1 on January 29, 2010.

She wrote a few episodes for the television series Under the Sun aired on TF1 with Eric Summer in 1995. She has worked with actress Jack Waltzer in 1996. In 2003 she wrote the script for the television series France 2. In 2007 she stopped writing the script for the television series Under the Sun and she has launched her own production company.
