Aubrey Solomon Meir (1915-2002) was a Israeli diplomat and politician, Israeli ambassador in Washington 1950-1959 and foreign minister 1966-1974.

Born in Cape Town, and educated in England, he taught at Cambridge University before serving at Allied HQ during World War II. He subsequently settled in Israel.
