Quddus Philippe is a famous television personality, debuting actor and musician. The Associated Press recently referred to him as "just about the coolest guy on television" but while Quddus is acclaimed for his work as a VJ on MTV and host for Nickelodeon's short lived but critically acclaimed show Dance on Sunset, he's also becoming known for a lot more. In the past year Quddus has taken his role in music from just interviewing artists to developing them and getting them signed. His new position as an A&R consultant for MySpace/Interscope Records is resulting in the release of his first artist, Mateo.
