Biography and Career:

Paolo Nutini's debut album, named These Streets, was published by Atlantic Records in the United Kingdom in July 2006 and contained the singles "Last Request", "Jenny Don't Be Hasty", "Rewind" and "New Shoes", "Last Request" was the most successful, so that it reached no. 5 on the United Kingdom Singles Chart.

The album topped out at no. 3 on the United Kingdom Album Chart and was awarded three times with platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). The album has been in the UK charts for a record- breaking of 196 weeks.

In May 2009 Nutini published his 2nd album, name d Sunny Side Up, which debuted at no. 1 in the United Kingdom and has brought on 4 singles; "Candy", "Coming Up Easy", "Pencil Full of Lead" and "10/ 10". It has until now been certified three times with platinum award by the British Phonographic Industry. On February 19, 2010, it lifted up as the "Best International Album" at the Meteor Awards 2010.
