Jem (birth name Jemma Griffiths) was born on June 18, 1975 in Penarth, Wales, UK. She is a musician.

Biography and Career :

She studied at the Sussex University. At first she was a DJ agent. The genres she is singing are Trip hop, Pop-Rock, Folk and New Wave.

Her career started in 2002 and since 2003 she has a contract with Sony BMG/RCA/ATO. The single "Nothing Fails" was done in collaboration with Guy Sigsworth. In 2003 she released an EP "It All Starts Here". Then, after one year, she released the album, "Finally Woken".

Some of her first singles are "They", "Just a Ride" or "Wish I". She is a talented singer and songwriter, beautiful, sexy and intelligent woman and her career is just getting started.

Her fans are numerous and they support her projects and can't wai t her new singles and album. There is no doubt her career will continue in a great way, she has all the advantages to be a great singer and probably will enter the music history. She is a good woman and her passion for music is obvious.
