Heavy D. is a famous hip hop singer. He kept his MC skills strong in his lengthy career, and had his group The Boyz. He weighed in at over 250 pounds, too powerful, but his lyrics always conveyed a positive message and he showed a great amount of respect for women. He could mix different elements of music e.g R&B, , reggae, dance, and pop.
He was more of a all round talent - a dancer, an actor, a businessman.
