Harry Connick Jr. (real name Joseph Harry Fowler Connick, Jr.) was born on September 11, 1967 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is an American singer, pianist, actor, and humanitarian.
Biography and Career :
He started his acting career in 1990 with NBC's "Saturday Night Live", and has also acted in the famous movie "The Independence Day" as Captain Jimmy Wilder.
He has composed the soundtracks of "The Mask" and "One Fine Day".
Connick Jr has won an Emmy Award for Outstanding Music Direction
in " Great Performances " in 1972.
