Giovani dos Santos (full name Giovani Alex dos Santos Ramirez) was born on May 11, 1989, in Monterrey, Mexico. His father is famous Brazilian footballer Zizinho. Giovani's two brothers, Jonathan and Eder, are also professional level footballers. He attended his father's football academy.
Giovani first got public attention with his performance at the under 12 Dallas Cup. He soon earned a spot for himself in the Mexican football club Monterrey. Gradually, he paved his career better through this opportunity.
While his club was playing in Europe, Giovani got an offer from FC Barcelona for playing in their junior teams. He gladly accepted the offer.
Giovani also represented Mexico in the FIFA Under 17 World cup in 2005.He scored many goals and led his team to victory. He was also rewar
