He was born on December 5, 1933 in New York City, New York, USA. He was a famous actor and played an award wining role in the movie "A Soldier's Story". He also got an award on this movie. He also played the role of "Old Mister" in the Steven Spielberg film. Apart from acting Caesar did much voice-over work for television and radio commercials. He was working in a film when he got a heart and died on March 6, 1986 in the age of 52.
