A famous rock-metal group, A Perfect Circle was formed with Maynard James Keenan and Billy Howerdel. They gained popularity from the start of 90s till the mid. Before A Perfect Circle was formed, Maynard and Billy were working with a group called "TOOL", in which they were vocalist and guitarist respectively. In 1996, Tool released an album "Enima", which did not do well on the charts and that was the moment of Tool's failure. Keenan and Howerdel along with Paz Lenchantin decided to join hands and made a band called A Perfect Circle.Our editors need your help to write the biography of A Perfect Circle.
